In Year School Admissions Update - New Primary Application Form
Please note that from Tuesday 26 April 2011 the primary in year application form is being replaced by this form.
At the request of SNAPP the new form includes a requirement for applicants who are already in Norfolk schools to obtain the signature of the headteacher of their current school. For all forms that are not signed by the headteacher we will contact the current school to ensure that he school is aware of the application.
Please could all hard copies and electronic versions of the old form be destroyed and the new form should be used for all applications made from 26 April 2011.
