Please note that with immediate effect the Norfolk School Nursing Service has a new email address to which all communications and referrals should be sent: CCS-TR.SchoolNursing@nhs.net

Any emails sent to the service's previous email address will be forwarded to the school nursing service until 30 November 2015 only and thereafter will not be received.

All other aspects of the service remain the same, including continuing to be contacted on the same telephone number: 01362 654916.

This change in email address reflects the news that you will be aware of from previous stakeholder updates: that Norfolk County Council awarded Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust (operating as Norfolk Children and Young People's Health Services) the contract to provide Healthy Child Programme services for 0-19 year olds, including the school nursing service.
