Help us to help you with your CPD needs next year - short survey
Norfolk County Council (NCC) aims to work on behalf of all Norfolk education providers to influence and strengthen the continuing professional development (CPD) system, so that from September 2022 the CPD offer reflects the needs of settings from Early Years to Post-16.
This survey, designed to both elicit need and identify gaps in CPD provision, has been developed in consultation with the Teaching School Hubs (TSHs). NCC will share a summary of outcomes with both schools and all local CPD providers. This means that your responses will support them to understand your setting's requirements and better cater for the CPD support needed by you, your school or setting, and others across the Eastern region.
We're asking all schools and Early Years providers to complete one of the two below surveys before Friday 10 December 2021.
As the questions are wide-ranging, it may be necessary to consult with members of your Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and, in particular, the SENDCo.
The survey should take only 5-10 minutes of your time to complete depending on your phase. Your participation is greatly appreciated, as a high return rate is essential to gaining an accurate picture of need.
