Preference will be given to:

1. Children with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) naming the school.

2. Children in public care and looked after children.

3. Children living in the catchment area of the school, which is defined as the villages of Necton, Holme Hale and Fransham, who have a sibling who will be on roll when the child enters the school.

4. Children living in the catchment area of the school, who do not have a sibling who will be on roll when the child enters the school.

5. Children living outside the catchment area of the school, who have a sibling who will be on roll when the child enters the school.

6. Children living outside the catchment area of the school, whose parents or carers are on the electoral roll of a Parish Church within the catchment area.

7. Children living outside the catchment area of the school, who do not have a sibling who will be on roll when the child enters the school.

If it is necessary to choose between applicants within any of the above categories, places will be allocated in order of distance from the school as the crow flies, beginning with the nearest.
