School admission policy : 2024/25 (Agreed)
Criteria for the allocation of places at Wicklewood Primary School and Nursery would be:
1. Children who have an Education, Health and Care Plan.
2. Looked After Children.
3. Children who live in catchment area and have a sibling attending the Primary School.
4. Children who live in catchment area and have no sibling attending the Primary School.
5. Child attending the nursery at Wicklewood Primary School & Nursery with a sibling in the school (Reception - Year 6)
6. Child out of catchment and have a sibling (Reception - Year 6) attending the Primary School
7. Child attending the nursery at Wicklewood Primary School & Nursery with no sibling in the main school
8. Child out of catchment with no sibling attending the Primary School.
If there are more applicants in any category than places available, County Admissions will make a decision based on the criteria. This will be applied to each category in priority order, until the admission limit is reached.
