Dear Colleague
I am writing to inform you of dates for the headteacher meetings. The Summer term dates and agenda are set out below, the dates for next Autumn and Spring term are overleaf. I propose that the Autumn term meetings should be a meeting to which we also invite your chair of governors and that we have the 2004/2005 budget as a main agenda item. I enclose a letter of invitation to these meetings for your chair of governors and would ask you to pass this on.
The meetings begin at 4.30 pm with refreshments available from 4.15 pm.
