Norfolk Education Staff Well-Being Programme

Headteacher Support meetings

The main objective of the Norfolk Education Staff Well-Being Programme is to 'improve the well-being of Norfolk Education employees.'

We have recognised that Headteacher Well-being is of crucial importance if a successful staff well-being programme is to be implemented in a school.

A working group of Headteachers, led by Ian Money, Headteacher of Suffield Park Infant & Nursery School, looked at ways to promote Headteacher Well-Being as part of the work of the original project.

A series of meetings will be held across the County to consider this issue further. The aim of these meetings is to share the findings of the working group and to consider positive ways forward to promote the Well-being of Headteachers. Meetings are open to all Headteachers in Norfolk.

Meetings will begin at 2.00 pm and at 4.00 pm at each venue.
