Key Stage 4 Target Setting Data

The Fischer Family Trust has just completed the necessary analysis to provide us with estimates for Key Stage 4 in 2005, based on Key Stage 3 2003 results. I am pleased to enclose the appropriate reports fro your school, as promised in the Target Setting Pack sent to you by Terry Cook at the beginning of this term.

I am also enclosing the Fischer Trust “Estimates against Actuals” school level reports for KS4. The equivalent for KS3 were handed out at the recent Key Stage 3 Strategy Managers’ briefing run by John Spradbery (those who were not at the briefing will receive their reports from the Advisory Service). Pupil level “Estimate against Actuals” reports are not yet produced by FFT but I have made a request for these in the future as some schools have indicated that it would be useful to have the data at pupil level.

If it would help to have an electronic copy of the Fischer Family Trust data for your school please give me a call and I can arrange for you to have a CD containing the data and the free Snapshot software required to view the reports.

Finally, to add to the NCER data pack I sent to you last week, I am enclosing a copy of the National report GEDP1 showing provisional KS4 performance nationally, which was made available this week.
