Summary of action required

After some months of negotiation with the CLA, the LEA has purchased a bulk photocopying licence to cover all schools.

  • There is no longer a requirement for schools to log copying of copyright material.
  • Those schools selected by the CLA to take part for 1 year in a record keeping survey will be contacted separately.
  • The School’s Copyright Compliance Officer should ensure that the Terms and Conditions within the Schools

Photocopying Licence are adhered to.
