Each Primary Phase School is asked to provide the LEA with details of those children currently on a waiting list and who are expected to be admitted to school in September 2001. The information provided will be shared with the Health Trusts. This enables them to implement their health care programmes. The information will also be shared with the early years section so that they can monitor admissions to schools. Details of children expected to be admitted to your school later in the 2001/2002 academic year are not required as part of this return. |

Please send details of all pupils who you currently have on a Nursery, YO or YR waiting list that you expect to admit to your school in September 2001. An example of the export file is attached. The list can be compiled using your Phoenix database and returned on the enclosed floppy disk.
