Summary of action required

  1. We apologise for an error that has been discovered in the E20 disc you received recently.
  2. Please obtain a revised form from the INTRANET at the following address:

    3. www.esinet.norfolk.gov.uk

    or you can follow the instructions below to change your E20 Disc;

    a). Open "School Meal E20 Return V.I.2".

    b). Click on work sheet ‘E20 AUTUMN 2001’

    c). Go to Cell Reference D55.

    d). Over write the formula with following details –

    =sum(DX10+(DX29*1.5)+(DX30*1.55)+DX31*

    2.41)+(DX33*1.1)+(DX34*1.15)+(DX35*1.78)+(DX42*0.12)+(DX43*1))

    e). Go to file and save changes.

  3. Test to see if correct :
  1. 5 Paid meals @1.50 = £7.50
  2. Amount collected £ 7.50
  3. Formula of Value of Paid Meals Provided will equal £ 7.50. If you get this answer then you have changed the formula correctly.
