I attach a copy of the above report which was warmly received by the Education Review Panel recently.

I know that all in the Education Service in the county will take great pride in the achievements which I have been able to report to elected Members. They in their turn have asked me to share with the Service their thanks and appreciation for the skill and hard work that has made this possible, to which of course, I add my own.
