    ACTION

    Carry out review of the 1999/2000 budget plan

    Ensure that the school’s 2000/01 budget share is checked.

    Approve a 2000/01 budget plan within the school’s budget share, together with your 2001/02 estimated plan, and inform the LEA of your formal proposal by 1st May, a provisional plan must be submitted by 1st April if a formal plan cannot be agreed within this timescale.

    Decide on the level of buy back services and complete the contract to purchase form (EF0029/32/45).

    Complete the Capital proforma’s 3 and 4 and return to Management Accounts Section.
