Summary of action required

Using the Phoenix Database, and the Norfolk Specific Tasksheets in your Phoenix Manual (these notes are also available on the Esinet website www.esinet.norfolk.gov.uk/baseline), please produce an export file containing all information for pupils who have been assessed through the Spring Term 2001. You should not include pupils and their Baseline Assessment scores who were assessed during the Autumn Term 2000 and included in the export file you submitted in December 2000. Please ensure the the Spring Term Baseline Assessment export file for your school is sent to :-
