ACTION	Title	SUBSIDISED USE OF SCHOOL PREMISES
	Summary of contents	Every four years a new schedule of subsidised users is created and groups are asked to re-apply to ensure contact details are accurate. New schedule numbers are then issued to all applicants. Attached is a list of the new numbers, which can also be found on the Esinet under School Management Resources/Central Administration/ Voluntary Youth and Community Groups. Old schedule numbers will not be valid after 1^st April 2002. Attached is a new scale of letting charges which will apply from 1^st April 2002. Please ensure that summary return forms are submitted in accordance with the enclosed timetable for submission of returns.

	Summary of action required	The schools letting officer should be made aware of this briefing note and it contents. For subsidised lets that will take place after 1^st April 2002, only accept bookings from groups with a new schedule number. Implement the change in unit charges as from 1^st April 2002
