Summary of action required

1. Maintain a record, using the proforma loaded on the enclosed disk, of the number of free and paid meals eaten by pupils each week. Schools with cash cafeterias will need to record the cash received for pupil meals. The proforma will convert this to meal numbers. Notes are given on the disk.
2. Complete the Autumn Term record by 22 March 2002, and return to Management Accounts, EF & ICT Services by 12 April 2002. Please note: The disk is not required to be returned. A print out of the form is sufficient.
