• To read the guidance on the above web site and upgrade your Phoenix system before completing the Early Years Return
• Download and set-up the Anycomms Secure Data Transfer (SDT) software if you have not completed this task previously – see above web site for guidance.
• To complete the Early Years electronic file on 18^th April 2002 and return via the Secure Data Transfer system by 22^nd April 2002. Any schools unable to return the Early Years Return file using SDT should send it in on floppy disk to:- The MIC, Room B28, Education Dept, County Hall Norwich, NR1 2DL
