Summary of action required

Using the Phoenix Database, and the attached Norfolk Specific Tasksheets, please produce an export file containing all information for pupils who have been assessed through the Summer Term 2000. You should not include pupils and their Baseline Assessment scores who were assessed in the Spring Term 2000 and the export file you submitted in April 2000. If your school has not taken in new children this term, please complete the enclosed indicating a nil return. Please ensure your Summer Term Baseline Assessment export file or your nil return letter is sent to Gill Williamson, Management Information Centre, B28, Education Department, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DL.
