As you already know (letter from Dr Slater dated 8^th March, MI 58/02) we will not be using the OMR forms for the collection of these results. Instead we will collect them directly from you through Phoenix. To meet DfES requirements we ask that you let us have your data by Friday 28^th June at the latest. Guidance on this new procedure will be provided by ICT solutions at http://ictsolutions.norfolk.gov.uk . Once you have entered your data, all the usual reports will be available from within Phoenix (see letter 8^th March, "Other benefits to you").

You will recall Terry Cook’s letter dated 10^th September 2001, explaining that the LEA would pay for the QCA Optional Tests in 2002, and that we would be asking you to send us your test results for aggregation and analysis. To do this quickly and easily we will collect the data from you through Phoenix in the same way that this year’s PLASC data was collected. Guidance on how to do this will be available on the ICT solutions web site http://ictsolutions.norfolk.gov.uk to coincide with the next release of Phoenix. We will be asking you to submit the data by Friday 28^th June.
