Dear Colleague,

I wrote to you a short time ago to inform you that Bart Taylor would be absent from work for some time, but that I would inform you if any additional arrangements were made to cover Bart's work in his absence.

This is to let you know that in order to ensure that we can give the necessary support to schools we have arranged for Ken Chapman, from Derbyshire, to work alongside Chris Wilson-Town in the running of the Premises Section.

I will of course keep you updated of the situation as any changes occur.
