1a Confirmation of grades agreed last term or complete grades if required.
Agree the agenda for the self review process.
Where a grade of 5 or lower has been awarded, state what action the school is taking to address the issue and confirm that the governing body has been informed. If the governing body has not been informed - request this is undertaken by the headteacher at the next governors’ meeting.
Where a school has been given an overall category of D, E or F state how the additional support time will be spent and how the school’s improvement plan has been adjusted to address the issues.
