Norfolk Social Services has undergone a reorganisation of its Children and Families Division during the Autumn of 2001. Those of you who attended the Social Services Procedures Workshops will be aware of the new structure. Unfortunately, at the time that the Workshops took place it was not possible to provide you with details of personnel.

I enclose a copy of the new structure plan, together with details of the teams and staffing, for those teams with whom you are likely to come into contact. Also enclosed is an up to date contact list of Social Services bases.
