Dear Colleague
STANDARD FUNDS 2000/2001
PUPIL RETENTION GRANT
As you know, the LEA is required to monitor the use of money allocated to secondary schools as part of the Pupil Retention Grant.
I should be grateful if you could let me have a brief summary of the results of the activities supported by the Pupil Retention Grant so that I can collate a summary for the Authority. I would also like to disseminate examples of good practice to other schools if you are willing to share the details.
Please could you let me have a summary of the achievements that will have occurred at 31st March in the format of the Action Plan outline that I sent to you at the beginning of the project. I attached a
copy of that format.I very much look forward to hearing from you and learning of the outcomes of your activities and projects. A response by 14th March would be appreciated.
With thanks in anticipation of your reply.
Yours sincerely
James Thatcher
