Re: Summer Term Agenda 2002 for your RDA visit

I am writing to provide for you and your Chair of Governors the Review and Development Adviser agenda for Summer term 2002:

  1. School Self Review Process

1a) Monitoring activity linked to self review areas negotiated between schools and the RDA.

1b) For Schools with VI Forms – see attached letter from Dr Slater – VIth Form self review.

1c) School Improvement and Development Plan

Either:
    1. discussion regarding the progress the school is making in relation to the production of the plan; or
    2. discussion of the completed plan and completion of LEA monitoring proforma.

1d) Completion with the headteacher and Chair of Governors of the Self Review Summative Form and negotiation of the LEA category for the school.

    2. Discussion of attendance and use of retention grant
