Dear Colleague

To combat the effects of inflation, it will be necessary to raise the price of a school lunch with effect from the first day of the autumn term. Details of the new charges for meals in schools are enclosed on the reverse of this letter. I shall be grateful if you will inform parents of the increase accordingly.

As a result of the price changes, it will be necessary to reprogram the "TAX" button of all cash registers in use for school meals from this same date. Instructions are enclosed for all models of machine operating in the County to enable this to be done.
