	Summary of contents	All the data supplied by you last year on the use of recorded music at your school’s premises, during the average year, has now been put on a data base, and is available electronically. Would you please complete/amend, on line, the data collected, giving your school’s current details on the use of recorded music. On receipt of your form the LEA will ensure that your school is included within its application for a licence from Phonographic Performance Limited for the coming year.
