Improving recruitment
and retention through working together,
promoting well being
and tackling teachers’ workload
In January
2004, you received copies of “Improving recruitment and retention through
working together, promoting well being and tackling teachers’ workload”. The covering letter from Bryan Slater,
Director of Education, stated that a short questionnaire would be issued to all
schools to ask what has been done as a result of your discussions and to
identify and share good practice in this area.
The JCC
working party hopes that you will spend a short amount of time to answer the
following questions. A summary of the responses will be circulated to schools.
Thank you for
completing the online questionnaire
