INFORMATION	Title	Foundation Stage eProfile
	Summary of contents	The DfES has provided a revised version of the Foundation Stage eProfile software (Version 2.2.1). This can be downloaded from the following website: http://schoolsportal.suffolkcc.gov.uk/schools/FSP/index.htm The download will not affect any data and marks already entered in the existing version of the eProfile. This free software provides a simple means of recording observations and enables you to produce: (a) charts comparing pupils’ assessments (b) individual pupil reports with comments. (The use of this software is optional.)
	Associated documents	Ø Guidance notes on exporting pupil details from Phoenix ready to import into the eProfile are available from ICT solutions. We recommend you use Common Transfer File (CTF) format for transferring data in and out of Phoenix. Ø Guidance notes will also be available for transferring eProfile data back into Phoenix. (data should be transferred from eProfile into Phoenix when the scoring is completed.)
