ACTION	Title	JUNE 2004 RETURN (September 2004 Admission Class Waiting List)
	Summary of contents	Each Primary Phase School is asked to provide the LEA electronically with details of those children currently on a waiting list, and who are expected to be admitted to school in September 2004. The information provided will be shared with the Health Trusts. This enables them to implement their health care programmes. The information will also be shared with the early years section so that they can monitor admissions to schools. Details of children expected to be admitted to your school later in the 2004/2005 academic year are not required as part of this return.

	Summary of action required	Please complete the June 2004 return as instructed and send via the Anycomms Secure Data Transfer system.
