INFORMATION	Title	National Survey of Schools’ Views of their LEA, 2003
	Summary of contents	The Audit Commission and Ofsted national survey of schools remains open until 7^th July 2003 at http://www.audit-commission.gov.uk/schoolsurvey Please use this opportunity to contribute your view of the services and support provided, or procured for schools, by Norfolk County Council. This is an important opportunity to identify services that can be improved as well as those that are performing well. The information is mainly intended to help the LEA in its self-evaluation, but it will also be used for future inspections by Ofsted and the Audit Commission and will allow us to compare our schools’ views of our services with those of schools in other LEAs. Combining the needs of several stakeholders in this way will help to reduce the number of surveys schools are asked to complete. If you experience difficulty with the website, it would be helpful if you could first check with the ICT Solutions help line 0845 303 3003 to confirm that it is not a local network problem. Web vs Paper – the majority of schools are expected to use the website to make their response. Paper copies will be acceptable if the school experiences internet-access difficulties although the LEA will be invoiced for handling these.
