Summary of action required |
(a) As previously advised in MI Sheet 61-03 (7th March), schools are requested to submit their KS2 results by Friday 11th July, using Phoenix and AVCO. (Guidance notes are available from ICT Solutions, and a new additional helpsheet on entering KS2 English Tests has been sent to schools) http://ictsolutions.norfolk.gov.uk . It will not be necessary to wait for the results of any re-marks or reviews, since the effect that these will have on the overall Norfolk statistics is negligible. The school-level provisional figures will not be published. Once ALL the results have been submitted, the provisional Norfolk averages will be available at www.norfolkesinet.org.uk, School Management, School Management Resources, School Performance. Please note that the calculation of County averages is dependent on the receipt of ALL schools’ data. (b) Key Stage 2 Teacher Assessment Forms and
School Reference Forms to be returned to the DfES Data Collection Agency by
Thursday 10th July. (Data Collection Agency Helpdesk 01709 704699) |
