He asks that you should be willing to file a claim stating that you are a relative of a Mr Lucio Harper. He then promises, that you, as the beneficiary will be paid 30% of any money redeemed. It is at this stage he requests your telephone, fax and contact name details. Please ensure that your school does not respond to this
