The four generic RM EasyMail accounts (head@, office@, ICTC@
and chairofgov@), recommended by Becta and provided by the LEA are now being
regularly used as the preferred means of communicating information to schools,
and Chair of Governors. Please check
these accounts on a regular basis. If
your school has established alternative main email addresses, it is suggested
that Outlook Express is set up to also receive email from these accounts.
If you would like to set up Outlook Express to send or
retrieve email from these accounts, full instructions are available on the ICT
Solutions web site - http://ictsolutions.norfolk.gov.uk. Click on the "A-Z" link at the top
right-hand section of any page and select "RM EasyMail Plus User
guide".
Alternatively, Education ICT Solutions can setup a
redirect from any of the generic email accounts to your preferred email
account.
If you require further assistance, please contact the
ICT Solutions Helpdesk by telephoning 0845 303 3003 or via the Helpline button
on our web site.
