HIRE OF FACILITIES BUDGET
Please find
enclosed a form for collating information about Hire of Facilities expenditure
and income for the years 2004/2005, and 2005/2006.
The figures
returned using this form will be used in two ways:
- To minimise the need for Hire of
Facilities year end adjustments in 2004/2005.
- To set your school’s Hire of
Facilities budget for the year 2005/2006.
It is important
that net (expenditure - income) figures are used on the form.
A brief
description of the expenditure and/or income is also required. A space on the form is provided for this
purpose. You should only include
approved items of expenditure.
I would be
grateful if you would return your completed form by 22 October 2004. If the form is not received it will be
assumed that you do not have any expenditure or income qualifying for a budget
allocation for 2005/2006.
