Please distribute the booklet as follows:

§         To parents of current year 6 pupils in primary and junior schools

§         To parents of current year 7 pupils in first & middle and middle schools.

Copies of the booklet may also be handed to parents moving into Norfolk during the school year.

 

Letters for pupils transferring from primary/junior/middle schools to high schools are also enclosed.  Schools are requested to ensure that a copy of the booklet is enclosed with each letter when distributed to parents.

To be completed by

Ensure that letters and booklets are distributed to parents of children in their final year at your school by Monday, 6th  October 2003.
