INFORMATION	Title	Foundation Stage eProfile
	Summary of contents	The DfES has provided an up-to-date version of the Foundation Stage eProfile software, together with “User Manual (Version 2)”. These can be downloaded from the following website: http://schoolsportal.suffolkcc.gov.uk/schools/FSP/index.htm Please note that there is no technical support provided by DfES. The use of this software is optional.
	Associated documents	Ø Explanatory letter from Fiona Musters, Primary Adviser, Early Years (attached) Ø Guidance notes from ICT Solutions on exporting pupil details from Phoenix ready to import into the eProfile (attached). We recommend you use Common Transfer File (CTF) format for transferring data in and out of Phoenix. Ø During the summer term, guidance notes will be available for transferring eProfile data back into Phoenix. (It will not be necessary to transfer data from eProfile into Phoenix until the end of the academic year, when the scoring is completed.)
