The attached
guidance note summarises what actions governing bodies should take if they
are consulted by local planning authorities or mobile phone network operators
regarding possible siting of mobile phone masts on or near school premises. The note also
summarises the main findings of the Government’s investigation of possible
health effects associated with mobile phone technology (the Stewart Report)
and suggests sources of further information on this issue. |
