Viewing and changing password for the ‘My School’ section of EsiNet

The ‘My School’ section of EsiNet holds information that the public is not entitled to see but which should be made available to school staff and governors. Access to this section is controlled by three separate passwords, one each for:

· The Headteacher

· Governors

· School staff

The Headteacher (or a delegated person) is responsible for these passwords and should arrange for the relevant password to be changed if:

· a member of staff or governor leaves.

· If any of the passwords become compromised

Setting, viewing, and changing passwords

The Headteacher’s password has already been set and is given below. To be reminded of the password in future, please contact ICT Solutions (0845 3033003.

To view, set and/or change the passwords:

- Navigate to ‘My School’: Esinet > School Management & Governance > My School

- Enter the school’s DfES No (last 4 digits only) and the headteacher’s password.

- Click on ‘My School Admin’ in the left hand navigation bar.

- Select the action you require in the main screen, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
