Supply Teaching Report

 

As you will be aware, each month schools are supplied by way of a paper print out with details from the payroll system of the supply teachers that have worked in a particular school during the course of the previous month. However the report has had to be delayed pending the production of the monthly Budget Control Reports.

 

As part of our policy of continuous improvement, we have been looking at ways in which this information could be provided to schools in a more timely way.

 

I am pleased to be able to let you know that we have been able to develop an online reporting system, detailing which Supply Teachers you have used within a payroll month, which will replace the paper based system sent via the Courier Post.

 

Schools should expect to see two major benefits from this development:

 

 

Attached to this letter is a step by step guide to accessing your report.

 

For the month of March 2003, we will be providing a dual system, in which we will publish your financial report of Supply Teachers online and also send you the paper copy of the report via the Courier Post.
