Evaluation of the Norfolk Assessment Document

Many of you will already be aware of the decision to evaluate the Norfolk Assessment Document. The introduction of the Foundation Stage Profile means we will need to look at the current document, evaluate it and adapt it to build continuity in assessment over the Foundation Stage.

Attached to this letter is a copy of the questionnaire that has gone out to all non-maintained settings. Your comments related to these questions would be valued too.

We invite schools to evaluate the assessment document as a transition document identifying:
