Health and Safety Awareness training 2002/2003

You may recall that I wrote to you in April with details of the programme of Health and Safety Awareness training courses in 2002/2003.

This letter is to inform you that places are still available on the following courses: -

Two Day Health and Safety Awareness courses:

· Course 4: Tues. 14^th January & Tues. 28^th January 2003, Professional Development Centre, Norwich

· Course 6: Thurs. 6^th March & Thurs. 20^th March 2003, Training Centre, County Hall Annexe, Norwich

The course will outline general requirements and will focus on implementation of the departmental Health and Safety management system. Course fees will be centrally funded. Headteachers who have attended the course previously are not required to attend again.

One Day ‘Refresher’ Courses for Headteachers:

· Thurs. 30^th January 2003, Training Centre, County Hall Annexe

This is an optional one day ‘refresher’ course for Headteachers who attended the two day course more than approx. five years ago.

I would be grateful if you could complete the tear off slip below and return it to me. I will then write to you again confirming allocation of places and a separate letter will follow giving course details etc.
