Please ensure that claims for 20-31 March and 1-17 April are separated on the claim forms. These claims will all be paid in May.

Claims for the period 20-31 March will need sundry credit provisions to transfer costs back into the previous year’s budget.

DECEMBER DEADLINE

Please note the deadline for December claims is slightly earlier than in other years. Claims for the 16^th December to the end of term should be submitted with January claims on 17^th January.

Please note that if the supply teacher is on a part time contract or works within a grant maintained school, supply money will be paid on the 19^th of each month and not the dates shown above.
