Dear Headteacher,

On July 18, Her Majesty the Queen accompanied by His Royal Highness, The Duke of Edinburgh, will officially open The Forum and the Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library in the heart of Norwich.

If you are planning to bring a group of children from your school to see the Royal party on arrival and departure and to enjoy the entertainment provided by live acts and a huge screen, there is limited space on Millennium Plain in front of The Forum which we will allocate on a first come first served basis.

Once the Royal party departs, The Forum will be open to the public. To celebrate the event, Origins admission price for school children will be just £2 (normally £2.75 to £4.95).

If you are planning to bring a party of children to Norwich on this day, and wish to have space allocated we will need to know the numbers involved. It would also be helpful to know if you intend to bring them into Origins once the Royal visit is over.
