Dear Colleagues

We wish to notify you of a change in the School Health Advisors team.

Mrs Elaine Mash will be leaving her post on February 28^th 2003 to start a new position as Inter-agency co-ordinator for children with complex and challenging needs (Starfish).

The service will seek to recruit a replacement as soon as possible to cover as named nurse for the following schools:

Terrington St Clement High

Terrington County Primary

Walpole X Keys

Clenchwarton County Primary

West Lynn County Primary

Tilney All Saints County Primary

Howard Infants

The Ethel Tipple School.

It is possible that there will be a re-allocation of schools. All West Norfolk schools will be issued with a new School Health Advisor directory at this time.
