Dear Head teacher,
Re New Youth Venue Norwich
I am writing to inform you about an exciting new project that is taking place in the centre of Norwich. The old Barclays Bank on Bank Plain Norwich has been acquired to convert into the best youth facility in the country.
I am writing to ask for your help in the consultation process with young people to ensure that they have a big say in what this venue will contain.
I have enclosed some copies of a questionnaire that we are circulating throughout Norfolk to help us with our consultation.

We are also asking students to help us name the venue and we are offering a prize of £250 worth of vouchers of their choice to the person who comes up with the most original name. The competition can also be entered via the website. I have enclosed some hard copies for those students who don’t have access to the Internet.
We firmly believe this venue will be a County resource and would like to hear from students all over the County.
We expect the venue to open by this time next year and will house agencies that work with young people as well as providing a fantastic entertainment site.
