Join the Big Draw at Norwich Cathedral!

• Norwich Cathedral will be filled with artists of all ages enjoying creative activities this half-term, on October 25^th for the “Big Draw”.

• The Big Draw is an epic, inclusive celebration of drawing that embraces 1000 venues and half a million people across the UK every October. From Lands End to Skye, Big Draw events connect people of all ages with their cultural and natural environment.

· The Big Draw is led by The Campaign for Drawing and was initiated by John Ruskin’s charity, The Guild of St George. Norwich Cathedral’s event is just one of a number of local activities. For more information about the Big Draw and all the things on offer visit www.thebigdraw.org.uk

· The Cathedral’s community outreach officer Charlotte Scott is organising the event, and is working with students from the Norwich School of Art’s visual studies degree course to design the workshops and activities for the day.

· The event runs from 10am-4pm and all the activities are free. There is no need to book, just come along and join the fun – there will be something for everyone to do, so don’t worry about feeling left out if you bring the children!

· There will be an exhibition of work created on the day on display for the rest of the week. (until Friday)
