This pilot session will use 'live' and current issues and look at the change process in 'The Little Book of Managing Change', staff deployment and succession planning, working with other agencies, using tools, including those featured in the TDA School Improvement Planning Framework, and give colleagues the opportunity to network, experience and share good practice. Places are limited.
