The programme will combine input, discussion and activities and will be structured around current performance management regulations, guidance, objective-setting and giving feedback. Resources and materials will be made available in a delegate pack and there will be an opportunity to ask questions during the morning and network with colleagues. The event ends with a buffet lunch.
