Positive Development in Your School

This event is a follow-up to the pilot and gives delegates the opportunity to look at national and local current initiatives, the TDA School Improvement Planning Framework, to use tools from 'The Little Book of Managing Change', look at effective staff deployment and develop an understanding of the Greenhouse School concept in 'growing your own staff', to network and share good practice
