West Raynham National Teaching School would like to invite all Executive Heads of schools in Norfolk to a ternly Executive Heads meeting. These meetings will be chaired by Judith Elliot Hunter, (recently retired Head of Hainford and Frettenham Federation). The aims of these meetings are:
€¢To develop a forum for open discussion and idea sharing in the role as an Executive Head.
€¢To develop strategies to support Executive Heads in post, new Executive Heads and aspiring Executive Heads.
€¢An opportunity to keep up to date with latest developments both with Norfolk but nationally.
The meetings will have an agreed agenda with all executive heads but also remain flexible enough for the group to discuss issues, concerns or ideas that arise.
